Group Training

Private Group Training Sessions are planned and adapted according to your exact requirements and level of fitness of your group.

Classes can follow a variety of styles:
Circuits – Boxercise – Chair based – Walking or Running – Mother and Baby –
Team Challenges – Event Training etc.

Sessions can be held at your preferred location either Home, Workplace, Online or Outdoors.

Group Training is ideal for Private Groups (4 or more participants), Corporate, Events, Clubs or Community Projects.
