How often will I need sessions?

It completely depends on your goals, your lifestyle and your motivation! As part of your programme I’ll also provide a fitness plan for you to follow between sessions. I have clients who train multiple times, weekly and monthly. However, the greater your effort – the quicker the results!

Do I need to be Fit to do the sessions?

No! Everyone has to start somewhere and the beauty of Personal Training is that the training is designed specifically for you and your current level of fitness. You’ll get the perfect programme of exercise to get you to your goal – wherever you’re starting from.

Do you Offer Nutritional Advice?

Yes! It’s very important that your dietary habit fully supports your training goals to maximise your results and in addition to your training plan, we’ll also work on your nutritional goals too.

Are you qualified and where are you based?

Yes! I’m a fully YMCA qualified Personal Trainer. I’m also qualified in Nutrition and Weight Management, advanced Boxercise, Older Adult Fitness, Exercise in Pregnancy, Post natal Fitness, Menopause Fitness, Junior Athletic Conditioning, Kickboxing and Massage. I’m based in Kingston Upon Hull and I work around Hull and surrounding East Yorkshire Villages
